“Why are there so many Massage Therapists? I can never figure out what makes one better than another and why can’t I find the Massage Therapist for me?”
It is true, there is a Massage Therapist on every corner – sometimes even two or three on the same block. Within a block of any direction of my Massage Clinic is another Massage Therapy office (7 offices actually), but they are not my Massage Therapy Office.

I receive massage on a regular basis and have experienced first hand the many benefits of massage. Massage has helped me through stressful times, aided in my recovery after shoulder surgery and has been a vital part of my overall health & fitness plan. Since 2002 I’ve been using Professional Massage Therapy to help my clients optimize their health goals.

That’s one of the reason’s I chose the Historic Idea Building (1221-2nd Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB) as the best location for Soul Vitality. Not only do you have free parking, but when you walk in the building and see the 100 year old beams, the plants and hardwood floor; you can’t help but feel you’re somewhere unique.
Then when you step into the therapy room, with the low lights and soft music playing; you know you are somewhere different and the time is for you. You will never be interrupted in your Massage Therapy session. No phones will ring, no will ever knock on the door.

I’m in my ninth year in business as a Registered Massage Therapist. I’ve watched Massage Therapy businesses come and go, open and close. I’ve stayed the course and built a solid clientele; not through gimmicky sales promotions, but by solid service and being a master of what I do.

In addition to a vast number of Massage techniques; I use Hot and Cold therapy, ROM Stretching and Strengthening, Hydration and client focused sessions.
I work within your pain tolerances. Massage Therapy doesn’t have to hurt to be effective.
